Parking
Convenient parking is available for conference facilities participants. The City of Billings parking garages, Park One and Park Three, are located within two blocks. Rates in the city garages are 35¢ an hour for the first two hours and $1 an hour after that, with a $5 daily maximum charge.

METNET System compressed two-way video and audio network owned and operated by the State of Montana. The system is voice active, i.e., when you talk, your video image is seen by all sites; when someone else talks, they are seen by all. |

The Mid-Rivers Network is an IP-based video conferencing system linking many sites throughout Montana. |
Video Production
• |
Live television production: the studio is set up with broadcast quality cameras, digital switcher, a character generator and an interview set. The studio has a live cable link to Community Channel 7 and professional format video recorders. |

Post-production: professional field camera, professional video editor and DVD authoring; our telecommunications specialist is also available to assist with recruitment tapes and DVDs, PSAs and documentaries. |
