CST 285 - Help Desk Infrastructure (3 cr)
Course Description:
The main purpose of this course is to help students strengthen their skills in diagnosing and solving user and software related problems, network support and troubleshooting as well as focusing on current security issues related to networks and stand alone computers. This class will emphasize network support and troubleshooting as well as security topics. Students will engage in activities to develop technical communication skills, professional development, and other work place skills.
