Course Description:

This course will provide students with the opportunity to study advanced software application topics related to supporting users and troubleshooting applications and operating systems.  Students will learn about research methods and will conduct Internet based research and other research to solve problems.  This course will also assist students in preparing for the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification exams.
