CST 254: Advanced Hardware Technical Support (4 cr)
Course Description:
This course provides students with the skills necessary to troubleshoot computers, networks, and peripheral devices. Students will complete hands-on software and hardware installation and troubleshooting projects to increase competency and hands-on skills, and then learn how to troubleshoot common problems associated with each stage of the project. Students will also research error messages and hardware issues and use their research to solve problems.
