This web page lists the completion dates and deadlines for students applying to the clinical semesters of the Radiologic Technology Program for fall semester 2014.

Hospital site visits: Site visits may be scheduled with St. Vincent Healthcare and Billings Clinic hospitals starting in February, 17 through May 8, 2014. Return to the previous page and click the Site Visit Scheduling Procedure link and follow the instructions. Signed documentation of your site visit and answers to your site visit questions must accompany your application.
May 16, 2014: Applications for Radiologic Technology must be submitted not later than 4:00 p.m. on May 16, 2014. Mailed applications must be postmarked May 16, 2014. Radiologic Technology applications can be turned in to Mick Ender, College of Technology campus, Health Sciences Building room 200; Jeanie Ullman, Health Sciences Building, room 226; or the office staff at the MSU-Billings City College tech building. Official school transcripts must be included with your application for those students that are not currently enrolled at MSU-Billings or MSU-Billings College of Technology. For students that have just completed approved pre-requisite courses at another institution, a faxed or unofficial copy of the 2014 spring semester transcripts, or an e-mailed grade from your instructor, must be received no later than May 19, 2014 in order to receive point credit in Phase 1. Your official transcript, including spring semester, must be received no later than May 22, 2014.
May 19, 2014: Unofficial spring semester 2014 grades must be received
May 19-23, 2014: Totaling of points for Phase I of the application process for all applicants is tentatively planned to occur between May 19 and May 23, 2014.
May 22, 2014: If prerequisite courses from another institution are taken in spring semester 2014, those official transcripts, included the spring semester 2014 grades, must be received by May 22, 2014
May 26, 2014: Notification of acceptance and non-acceptance for a personal interview (Phase II of the selection process) will be sent to the applicants by May 26, 2014. Notification will be sent by e-mail and by letter from the contact information provided in your application. If your e-mail address, street address or phone number change, notify Jeanie Ullman and Mick Ender as soon as possible in order that you receive notice to schedule your interview. All Phase II interviews will be scheduled by Jeanie Ullman by calling (406) 247-3077 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Your interview must be scheduled no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 4, 2014.
May 29, 2014: If you have not received a notification of acceptance or non-acceptance for a Phase II interview by May 29, 2014, call Jeanie Ullman (406) 247-3077 and Mick Ender (406) 247-3086 to verify your status.
June 4, 2014: If you have been accepted for a Phase II interview, you must schedule your interview date and time with Jeanie Ullman at (406) 247-3077 no later than 3:00 p.m. MST on June 4, 2014. It is the applicant's responsibility to determine if you have been accepted for an interview and to schedule a time for an interview by the given deadline. Any student who does not schedule an interview by 3:00 p.m. on June 4, 2014 will not be considered for the program and another student will be selected for an interview. Therefore, it is imperative that we have your current telephone, address information and e-mail address. Interview dates and times will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.
Interviews will occur on June 10, 11 or 12, 2014: All interviews will occur on one of those three days.
