Invitation from the Program Director

Dear Prospective Student:

Advance your career at Montana’s only nationally accredited paramedic program while enjoying the breathtaking beauty of Big Sky country. The 1800-hour degree program will prepare you for the NREMT-P exam and to be a confident team leader and advanced field practitioner. ACLS, PHTLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are also included in the curriculum. Field internships are conducted at a variety of optional sites. Financial aid, housing, and VA benefits are available to qualified students.

Finally, I would like to share with you the qualities that I will bring to the classroom as the program director and core curriculum instructor. I have been a paramedic since 1977 and director of paramedic programs since 1984. My teaching philosophy revolves around student needs and bridging classroom instruction to real street application. Currently, I am working on my PhD in public safety. Additionally, I serve as a nationally recognized lecturer, author, expert witness and consultant for prehospital emergency medicine.

Classes begin every September. So, if you are serious about advancing your career send for an application packet today.
