The Office for Community Involvement is now hiring students for Campus Corps positions (2012-2013 school year).
Campus Corps members meet community needs through meaningful service.
2012-2013 School Year
AmeriCorps College Readiness Coach
( Full-Time; Aug. 20, 2012-July 19, 2013)
Coordinating a mentoring/tutoring program at Senior High School;
working with a team of 5 MSUB students placed at non-profit agencies; coordinating service projects through the Office for Community Involvement

Work Study Service Team
Students must have work-study to be eligible to apply.. Successful applicants will receive a $1,000 service scholarship upon successful completion of their 1 year term of service.
Positions available at:
-United Way Volunteer Center (Tutor/Mentor Mobilization Associate - work with non-profit agencies in Billings to identify and meet youth tutoring/mentoring needs)
-United Way Volunteer Center (Youth Volunteer Corps Leader- plan, recruit, and engage youth in meaningful volunteer projects throughout Billings)
-Boys and Girls Club of Yellowstone County (Program Coordination & Youth Development Assistance- plan, coordinate, and engage with youth in mentoring/tutoring and other various after school activities )
-Salvation Army (work with the high school food pantry in Billings while further helping recruit youth looking to engage in the community)
-Tumbleweed Runaway Program (work with the Street Outreach Program assisting runaway and homeless youth in Billings)
