Work Study Service Team Members

Alex Shin is a Freshman Math Education major. Alex brings a passion for working with kids to his work with United Way of Yellowstone County as he coordinates and leads activities for the Billings Youth Volunteer Corps.
Anna Denney is a Junior Human Services major. Anna sees a strong need in our community and has risen to the challenge of combating that need. She is utilizing her talents in running the Salvation Army High School Food Pantry Program through the Salvation Army.
Jeffrey Link is a Junior Elementary Education major. With a variety of service experience through time spent serving with the Conservation Corps, Jeffrey finds creative ways to engage students in after school educational opportunities at the Boys and Girls Club of Yellowstone County.
Kayla Sather is a Sophomore Nursing major at MSU Billings City College. She is the Co-Programming Chair for Student United Way and is utilizing her talents at United Way of Yellowstone County to set up a Leadership Team for the Youth Volunteer Corps.

Pamela Unger is a Junior Business Admin-Accounting and Psychology major. Pamela works outreach for homeless and run-away youth at Tumbleweed. She is a fabulous addition to their team, and brings empathy and a great knowledge of resources to her students.
Erin Tieszen is a Junior Elementary Education major. Erin is in her fourth position with the Service Team and is utilizing her Education talents in the Discover, Connect, Take Action after school program through Girls Scouts Montana Wyoming.
Margaret Connors, a graduate student in the College of Education, is the College Readiness Coach and Service Team Leader. Maggie coordinates and directs the Senior High School Mentoring and Tutoring program that creates opportunities for college students to mentor/tutor struggling high school students. As a graduate student study Education, Maggie has much to offer the Service Team through her leadership and experience.
