Visit City College at MSU Billings. We encourage students to set up individualized tours or attend a college "Preview Day"

Apply for Admission. Applications can be completed and submitted online or printed out and submitted in person or through postal mail.

Apply for Scholarships. To apply for new and transfer scholarships at MSU Billings, complete and submit the Application for Admission. Scholarships will be awarded on an ongoing basis with the initial review of applications beginning in October. Apply early to be considered for scholarships! Out-of-state students may be eligible for the Western Undergraduate Exchange scholarship or the Yellowstone Scholarship.

Apply for Financial Aid. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. March 1 is the priority-filing date. The school code for City College at MSU Billings is 002530.

Attend a New/Transfer Student Orientation or schedule an appointment with an academic advisor. At the Orientation, you will be able to complete the following processes:
- Take the Compass Placement Exam
- Meet with an Advisor and register for classes
- Reserve your books online for pickup prior to the first day of class
- Take photograph and receive your U-card
- Tour campus to learn where your classes will be held
