New, First-Time College Students
Applying to City College at MSU Billings
General Admission Requirements:
Complete the Admissions Application and submit the admission fee.
Transcript (with graduation date noted) from an accredited high school, official GED scores or successful scores from the Compass Ability to Benefit (ATB) test offered through our university.
All first-time students will also be required to take the Compass Placement exam.
Immunization Requirements: If you were born after December 31, 1956, submit proof of immunization that was administered after December 31, 1967. The immunization dates must also be after your first birthday. Requirements include proof of two (2) doses of immunization against measles (Rubeola) given at least 30 days apart and one (1) proof of Rubella immunization. Include the month/day/year. Any immunizations administered after June 11, 1993, must be an MMR. The record must be signed by a physician, health agency, or school official.
