Before submitting your completed enrollment packet, be sure to include a current copy of immunization records for each child along with a $40 registration fee for each child.

Applications will be date and time stamped as they are received before being forwarded to the Child Care & Enrichment Center Director.

Please note: The center is on campus and priority is given to children of students, however the program service is provided by the William R. Lowe Child Care and Enrichment Center, an off-campus childcare provider.

We will serve families of children ages 0-5 years on a full-time and part-time basis at daytime and evening hours. The center will care for a maximum of 50 children at one time. Children will be grouped into classes of 8, 10, and 16 students with adult/child ratios matching the minimum required by the State for the youngest child in each group.

Our primary goal is to offer the highest quality care possible to every child enrolled. High quality includes educational and enrichment opportunities. The program will apply for accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. 

The William R. Lowe Child Care and Enrichment Center will also serve as a resource for the families it serves. A high level of involvement is expected from family members as well as members of MSU-Billings faculty and others in the community.
