Booth Registration Information & Form

The Booth Registration Form must be filled out by all parties wishing to have a booth at the 5th Anniversary of Chicks in Science. Sponsors and MSUB Colleges and Departments must submit a form.

Space is extremely limited, so booths will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.

Please fill the form out in its entirety and email it back to me as soon as possible. Incomplete forms may be rejected.

All booth forms must be submitted by February 10.
