The CATI Lab provides a complete line of survey research activities including Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing, direct mail surveys, on site administration of written surveys, focus groups and public meeting management. Services include questionnaire construction, project management, telephone interviewing, sampling, data analysis and complete reports of procedures and findings.
