Master of Education - Interdisciplinary Studies Option
This degree program allows students to develop a comprehensive plan for advanced study in an area of education other than those specifically designed programs described elsewhere in this catalog. Programs of study in this option must include coursework from a minimum of two departments. Sample programs of study for this degree option are found on pages 99 and 99B of this bulletin. (The Program of Study below is not applicable for teacher licensure. The program of study for Montana Teacher Licensure is found on page 91 of this bulletin.)
Students pursuing degrees in this program area will have an Advisory Committee which consists of faculty from at least two departments. The Advisory Committee will meet with the student and approve the Program of Study.
