The Associated Students of Montana State University Billings (ASMSU-B) are governed by the Student Senate, the functions of which are to administer and to distribute student activity fees; to formulate policies concerning student affairs and programs; to act as liaison among students, faculty, and administration; to protect the privileges and the rights of students; and to act as a central agent for student opinion.
Legal Services
The ASMSU-B maintains an attorney on staff to assist students with legal problems. While there is no charge to see the attorney, a nominal fee may be charged for certain types of legal services such as divorce, a will, or a name change.
