Department of Communication and Theatre - College of Arts and Sciences

Student Organizations

Our students are known for their academic excellence, and their active participation in campus and community activities. Our department recognizes the outstanding achievements of our students with an annual awards ceremony, and by supporting student service and honor societies.

Lambda Pi Eta

Lambda Pi Eta (LPE) is a student honor society recognizing academic excellence in communication studies. LPE is accredited by the National Communication Association, the nation's oldest and largest communication organization. Approximately 15 graduating seniors are inducted into the MSU Billings LPE chapter, Gamma Rho, each year. To learn more about this organization, visit the NCA web site or contact our chapter representative, Melinda Tilton at mtilton@msubillings.edu
