Eligibility to Serve as a Co-Op Ed Faculty Supervisor

Individuals are eligible to serve as Co-Op Ed Faculty Supervisor when they meet these criteria:

• Hold a Master's degree or higher plus have experience in a field relevant to the student's internship.
   
• Have a work load, including Co-Op Ed supervision, which is in compliance with the Collaborative Bargaining Agreement.
   
• Comply with the Co-Op Ed Faculty Contract and procedures.

To obtain the $40 per credit stipend, Faculty Supervisors will be REQUIRED to submit the following items to the Cooperative Education Office:

• Signed Contract

• Signed Timesheet

• Completed Evaluation

• Dates/time(s) of site visit(s).
