- Attend the mandatory seminar on Mondays from
12:50 – 1:50.
Course numbers:
● Undergraduate:
REHA 496 (take twice for 6 credits each,
total of 12 credits)
● Graduate:
REHA 596 (take twice for 3 and 6 credits =
total 12 credits)
Note: Graduate interns work 50 hours per
college credit

Internships
are restricted-entry courses. Students may only be registered for an
internship once all required paperwork
is complete and turned in to Co-Op Ed before
the last day to add.

The last day
to register for your internship is the “Last
Day for Registering/Adding Classes.”

Hours of
participation documentation, midterm/final
evaluations, and any additional course
assignments must be completed and submitted
to your faculty supervisor. The due
dates are your responsibility.
