Human Services internships

• Register in CareerLink upload your résumé, submit a job description and a completed Learning Agreement.
  

• Complete a Human Services Internship Packet for each internship--levels I, II and III.

• Course numbers will be:
  ●  HS 496 & HS 387
  ●  HS 496 & HS 487
  ●  HS 496 & HS 489
  

• Attend the mandatory 1-credit seminar for which you will be registered by Cooperative Education along with the internship itself. Contact your HS Faculty Supervisor for the seminar schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Internships are restricted-entry courses. Students may only be registered for an internship once all required paperwork is complete and turned in to Co-Op Ed before the last day to add.
  

• The last day to register for your internship is the “Last Day for Registering/Adding Classes.”
  

• Hours of participation documentation, midterm/final evaluations, and any additional course assignments must be completed and submitted to your faculty supervisor. The due dates are your responsibility.
