Business Services - McMullen Hall

Business Services, is located in the Basement of McMullen Hall and is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday during the regular academic year and 7:30 am to 4:00 pm during the summer term.  

Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Cashiering, Accounts Receivable, and Perkins Loan Collection are primary functions of the Business Office.   Also, the Copy and FAX Centers and all other cash management issues are functions of the Business Office.  

The Mailing & Printing Services are located in the Basement of McMullen Hall. Their hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday during regular academic year and 7:30 am to 4:00 pm during the summer term. 

Montana State University-Billings tuition and fees and invoices may be paid at the Cashier's Window or through the mail--Montana State University-Billings, Attention: Cashier, 1500 University Drive, Billings, Montana 59101-0245. 

On April 27, 2007 we will no longer be taking credit card payments by phone. All credit card payments will be able to access on-line payment via the student web/MyInfo: https://atlas.montana.edu:9003 enter the secure area and navigate to View and Pay Your Bill via Quik Pay.
