Yellowjacket Women’s Golf Land Three on All-Conference Team
BILLINGS, Mont. – Three Montana State Billings women’s golfers have earned Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-League honors, the conference office announced. Kalli Stanhope and Amy Nordeen were named to the first team, while Lindsay Erickson was a third team selection.
Kalli Stanhope led the Yellowjackets with an 80.71 stroke average this year and was named RMAC Golfer of The Week this season. Nordeen was second on the team in average at an 82.88 clip, while Erickson carded an average round of 84.06.
The RMAC All-Conference teams are comprised of the top 15 individuals based on the three best scores from all four of the RMAC mandatory meets this season. Fort Hays State led the three team field with four selections, followed by MSUB and Western New Mexico with three each. MSUB led the way with two named to the first team.
The Yellowjackets open their first NCAA Super Regional Monday (May 4) at the Westward Ho Country Club in Sioux Falls, S.D.
