Yellowjackets To Host RMAC Combo

BILLINGS, Mont. – Montana State Billings will host the RMAC (Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference) Combo, Fri.-Sat., April 17-18 at the Tennis Dome.  This is the first home matches for the Yellowjackets since Oct. 25.  Each day is scheduled to start at 8:00 a.m.

On the men’s side, Montana State Billings is fifth in the RMAC at 1-3 and 4-13 overall.  Geoffrey Fehr has been solid playing mostly at No. 6 Singles.  He is 6-3 at No. 6 and 9-9 overall.

Metro State currently leads the RMAC at 5-0 and are 11-4 overall.  The Roadrunners are led by Scott Bradley (14-6), Ryan Campbell (15-6) and Sascha Ruckelshausen (16-4).  Nebraska-Kearney is sixth in the RMAC at 1-4 and are 5-10 overall.

For the women, after a 0-6 start, MSUB has won nine of its last 12 matches.  The Yellowjackets are second in the RMAC at 3-1 and are 9-9 overall.  Ling Chan is 8-6 on the season while Ana Juarez leads the team with a record of 9-6.

Metro State is tied for third in the RMAC at 3-2 and are 10-11 overall.  Leading the Roadrunners with 12 wins each are Mandy Bowling, April Hirad and Mitra Hirad.  Nebraska-Kearney is also tied for third in the RMAC and are 12-5 overall.  Kristen Messbarger leads the Lopers at 12-2.
