Montana State Duals

BOZEMAN, Mont. – Montana State Billings had some solid performances despite a 0-3 record at the Montana State Duals, this past weekend.  Against Montana at No. 1 Singles, Ling Chan loss 6-1 and then came back to win the second set 6-2 against Liz Walker.  Walker managed to edge Chan, 6-4 to take the match.

MSUB was very competitive in the match against Portland State.  At No. 3 Singles, Ana Juarez beat Caitlin Stocking 6-4, 6-1 for her first victory of the season.  Hannah Moudree lost a tight contest at No. 6 Singles, 6-4, 7-5 to Kylea Gleason.  At No. 3 Doubles, Victoria Fernandez and Moudree put up a fight before falling 8-6 to Victoria Bravo and Gleason.
