MSUB Pushes Winning Streak to Three
LEWISTON, Ida. – Montana State Billings (3-9) continued their winning streak with a 5-4 win over Bethany (Kan.) (3-3) Sunday morning. The Yellowjackets have now won their last three matches. MSUB is off until Apr. 3 when they face Mesa State on the road. The contest is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m.
Montana State Billings got off to a quick start winning at No. 2 and 3 doubles. The match came down to No. 6 Singles. Geoff Fehr took the first set 6-2 but Bethany bounced back to win the second, 7-6. Fehr then slugged out a 7-6 win in the third set to give the Jackets the victory.
