Yellowjackets Help with Camp at NBA Game in Billings

BILLINGS, Mont. – The Montana State Billings men’s basketball team helped out with a youth basketball camp presented by the Minnesota Timberwolves of the National Basketball Association Wednesday.

The Yellowjackets participated in coaching and instructing the camp which took place about two hours prior to the Minnesota Timberwolves versus the expansion Oklahoma City Thunder in a preseason game at the Metra. 

The camp featured young boys from all different age groups and lasted from 4 to 5 p.m.  A number of Timberwolves players also were involved.

During the game, the MSUB players had the opportunity to help out with promotions at halftime and during timeouts.  In addition, the Yellowjacket Cheerleading team performed at halftime of the game.
