Yellowjackets Close Out Home Season

BILLINGS, Mont.–  Time is running out to see Montana State Billings play basketball at home.  This coming week will see the final three games of the 2008-09 season at Alterowitz Gym.  Both the men and women will be in action and all three games are scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 25, the men will take on Seattle Pacific.  The contest is sponsored by 1st Interstate Bank and the game theme is men’s basketball alumni night.  All MSUB men’s basketball alumni will be admitted free.

Thursday, Feb. 26, the women will take on Saint Martin’s.  Briarwood is the game sponsor and the themes are senior citizen night and family night.  All people 55 or older will be admitted free while family members of each basketball player will be admitted free as well.  It will also be senior night as we honor Alira Carpenter, Jetton Meadors, Kayla McPherson and Jen Smith.

The final home game of the season is on Saturday, Feb. 28 as the men take on Western Washington.  The game sponsor is the Yellowjacket Alumni Association and the themes are the same as on the 26th.  This is also senior night for the men as we honor Travis Bunker and Michael Hall.
