Golf Tournament Results

BILLINGS, MT – The 2005 Coca-Cola Yellowjacket Scholarship Golf Scramble was held Thursday at The Briarwood Golf Club.  In the four person scramble, two teams tied for first with a gross score of 61. 

The team of Paul Menholt, Danny Becker, Rich Tilley and Jason Sides won the scorecard tiebreaker by birdying the first three holes to take home the team gross plaques.  Each also received an $80 Briarwood gift certificate.  The team net champion was the foursome of Tom Vogel, Craig Uden, Tim Larson and Bryan Kautz.  Their round of 67 gave them a net total of 52.6 after factoring their 14.4 team handicap.

The annual tournament raised money for student-athlete scholarships at MSU Billings.  For the second year Coca-Cola was the title sponsor.
