MSU BILLINGS MEN’S BASKETBALL TEAM WILL HAVE NEW DIRECTION FOR 2008-09 SEASON
MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — Montana State University Billings has decided to take its men’s basketball program in a new direction for the 2008-09 season and will be launching a nationwide search for a new coach, MSU Billings Chancellor Ron Sexton announced today.
“Upon expiration of Coach Carse's current employment contract, the university has decided not to offer Coach Carse a contract for the 2008-09 year," Sexton said. “MSU Billings greatly appreciates Coach Carse’s years of service to intercollegiate athletics and the university. We wish him well in his future endeavors.”
More details of the search for a new head men’s basketball coach will released as the process develops.
