Oregon Product Signs
Letter of Intent with MSUB Men’s Basketball
BILLINGS,
Mont.
– Beaverton, Ore., native, Ryan Meehan, has signed a
national letter of intent to play men’s basketball at Montana
State Billings, Director of Athletics Dr. Gary Gray announced
Tuesday.
“I am very pleased Ryan selected MSUB as his
top college choice.
He is a great addition to Yellowjacket Basketball, and we are
looking forward to having him for the next four years,” said
Gray. “He is a
talented student-athlete who will bring a lot to our team and
our campus.”
Meehan, a 6-3 wing, played his high school
basketball at Beaverton High School
where he averaged 20 points, six rebounds and four assists as a
junior and followed that up with 19 points, seven rebounds and
four assists as a senior.
He was named team Most Valuable Player his
junior and senior seasons, as well as being named second team
all-metro 6A as a junior and first team as a senior.
In addition, Meehan was a McDonald’s All-American state
nominee in 2008.
