Bobcats Claw Jacket Tennis (3/2/07)

BOZEMAN, MT – The Montana State Bobcats defeated Montana State-Billings in men’s tennis late Friday night, winning 6-1.  The Bobcats won five of six singles matches and two of three doubles matches.  The Yellowjackets’ only point came at No. 4 singles where MSUB’s Phillippe Andermatt defeated Igor Vuckovic 6-2, 6-2.  In doubles action, the Jackets’ Andermatt and Paco Sanchez defeated David Kovas and Vuckovic 8-7.  Using Division I scoring rules, the Bobcats received the doubles point by winning at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles.
