MSUB Baseball Games Cancelled (4/5/07)

BILLINGS, MT – Thursday’s scheduled baseball doubleheader between Montana State-Billings and Texas A&M-International has been cancelled because of snow.  The teams are scheduled to play two games on Friday starting at 9:30 a.m. at Cobb Field.  A determination on whether those games can be played will be made late Thursday or early Friday.

The Yellowjackets posted a 16-14 record on the road to start the season, including 13 wins in their last 16 games.  But they’ve been bit by weather that has cancelled six home games and prevented them from playing their home opener.  After Friday’s games with TAMIU (25-11-1), the Jackets next play on April 13 and 14 when they host Lincoln University (7-27).
