Lady Jacket Doubleheader to Include Barbeque Monday (Apr. 22, 2005)
BILLINGS, MT – The Montana
State-Billings softball team has scheduled a barbecue
lunch in conjunction with its doubleheader against Minot
State on Monday, April 25. The Yellowjackets conclude
their regular season with six home games next week.
Ranked third in the NCAA West Region in the most recent
poll, the Yellowjackets face Minot State at 11:30 on
Monday and host league rival Western New Mexico on
Saturday and Sunday. If they are ranked in the top six in
the final regional poll, they will earn the program’s
first ever invitation to the NCAA Tournament.
Monday’s doubleheader is free to all
MSU Billings faculty, staff and students with a valid ID.
The barbeque lunch, which is open to all in attendance,
costs $3 and will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. There will also be prizes given away during the
barbeque including dinner gift certificates, shirts, and
movie tickets. |
