Junior Season (2003-2004): Played in five games before missing the rest of the season because of injury...averaged 20 minutes a game...averaged 4.8 points, 2.2 assists and 2.8 rebounds a game...scored career-high 14 points in season opener against Sonoma State (11/17/03)...was granted a medical redshirt year.

Sophomore Season (2002-2003): Played in 15 games before tearing her ACL requiring season-ending surgery...averaged 18.4 minutes a game...averaged 7.1 points per game...scored double-figures in five games...netted season-high 14 points against UC-San Diego in opening game of the season...made 15 three-pointers, including 3-for-3 performance against UCSD and 3-for-4 outing at Cal State-Stanislaus...shot 31.3% from three-point range...averaged 3.1 rebounds per game with a season-high eight against St. Martin's...handed out 25 assists for a 1.7 average.

At MSU-Bozeman (2001-2002): Played limited minutes in 14 games as a true freshman...shot 32-percent from 3-point range...averaged .5 assists per game.

At Custer County HS: Graduated in 2001...considered one of the best girls’ basketball players in the state during her four years with the Cowgirls...named to the Eastern Class A All-Conference team as a freshman, sophomore, junior and senior...earned Class A All-State honors as a freshman, sophomore, junior and senior...led Custer County HS to Class A state championships in 1998 and 2000...named the Most Valuable Player of the Class A state tournament both seasons...selected to the Great Falls Tribune Super State team three times...named the Eastern Class A Divisional Most Valuable Player in 1999...team posted an overall record of 89-5 during her four years as a starter...selected to play in the Montana-Wyoming All-Star Game...high school coach was Cary Veis...parents are Ron and Marilyn Frize.
