“Fútbol Frenzy” Highlights Student Day at MSU Billings Soccer
Games (Oct. 1, 2003)
BILLINGS, MT – Soccer fans will be in for an
extra treat this Sunday when they attend the men’s and women’s
double-header at Yellowjacket Field. Yellowjacket Athletics, MSUB
Student Union and the Residence Hall Association will be hosting
“Fútbol Frenzy” in the parking lot adjacent to Yellowjacket Field
at the MSUB College of Technology.
The event will feature a barbecue catered by
Tiny’s Catering starting at approximately noon. The barbeque will
be free for MSU Billings students with a valid ID and just $3.00
for the general public. In addition to the free barbeque for
MSU Billings students, faculty and staff members from MSUB will be
admitted to the games for free.
The men’s soccer team will host Westminster
College at 11:30 a.m., and the women’s team will face the
University of Mary at 1:30 p.m. It’s the men’s final home game of
the season, while the Lady Jackets won’t be at home again until
October 18.
