At MSU-Bozeman (2001-2002): Played limited minutes in 14 games as a true freshman...shot 32-percent from 3-point range...averaged .5 assists per game.

At Custer County HS: Was considered one of the best girls’ basketball players in the state during her four years with the Cowgirls...was named to the Eastern Class A All-Conference team as a freshman, sophomore, junior and senior...earned Class A All-State honors as a freshman, sophomore, junior and senior...led Custer County HS to Class A state championships in 1998 and 2000...was named the Most Valuable Player of the Class A state tournament both seasons...was selected to the Great Falls Tribune Super State team three times...was named the Eastern Class A Divisional Most Valuable Player in 1999...team posted an overall record of 89-5 during her four years as a starter...selected to play in the Montana-Wyoming All-Star Game.

Personal: Parents are Ron and Marilyn Frize of Miles City...has three brothers, Dustin, Chase and Bo...majoring in marketing...favorite hobbies are fishing, hiking and skiing...works at basketball camps in the summer...biggest thrill of being a college athlete is the competition...career goal is "making millions!"
