Step Four:  Calculate and Submit Payment
Your registration fee of $50 per person includes: coffee breaks, Thursday evening social mixer, Friday morning continental breakfast, Friday afternoon keynote luncheon and all conference sessions and handouts.

Registrants will receive an emailed confirmation and invoice stating payment options within two business days.  The registration deadline is June 1, 2008.  A late fee will apply to registrations received after June 1.
