September 11:  The annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony

2 pm  at City College


Healing Field Returns for 15th Anniversary of 9/11:The annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony will be held at City College on Sunday, September 11 at 2 p.m.The ceremony is free and open to the public. Men and women of our armed services, veterans, National Guard, first-responders and service personnel are invited to join in the remembrance. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to watch the ceremony.

October 8:  MSUB Evening at the Zoo

 3:00pm-7:00pm at Zoo Montana, Billings    


Bring your blankets, chairs and walking shoes for this fun filled evening!

  • Live Music by MSUB Staff and Alumni on The Main Stage
  • MSUB Student musicians (3:00pm-5:00pm)
  • MSUB Faculty & Alumna John Roberts Y Plan Blanco (5pm-7pm)
  • Explore the Zoo and Visit The Animals (3pm-5pm)
  • Dinner (Taco In a Bag) provided by Sodexo (5pm-7pm)
  • Get your picture taken with Buzz and Family Photos on Site
  • Visit the Mobile Campus


October 22: Basketball Alumni Game

The MSUB Women’s basketball team faces-off against Yellowjackets of the past! The women’s game is slated for Friday, October 22 at 7 pm.



November 4: EMC Throwback Night, Men’s and Women’s Games

Alterowitz Gym 7 pm


In an effort to honor and recognize an important piece of our Yellowjacket history, the men’s

and women’s basketball teams will turn back the clock by wearing custom designed Eastern

Montana College Uniforms.
