MSU Billings Advisory
MSU Billings is issuing an ADVISORY notice following a Suspicious Activity Report filed with University Police.
At approximately 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 28, 2014, a female student reported she was approached by an unknown male subject in the common area between the Library and the LA Building.
The subject is described as a white male, early 20’s, 5’11”, thin build, short brown hair (crew cut style) and clean shaven. The subject was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweat shirt, with white cargo style shorts.
The subject reportedly approached the female student and pestered her for personal information. The subject was apparently following the female student, approached her more than once, after kindly being asked to leave her alone.
The complainant advised that the subject may have been accompanied by another male whom physically controlled the subject and pulled him away as they departed the common area to the north toward Peaks to Plains Park.
The matter remains under investigation by the University Police.
At this time the subject remains at large and there are no known witnesses. If you have information regarding this situation, please notify University Police at 406-657-2222.
The security and safety of all students is a top priority for Montana State University Billings. We would like to remind students to be aware of their surroundings at all times.
