Update 8-01-06

Dear Students,

Montana State University-Billings and Japan Educational Partners (JEP) would like to announce the following updates:

1) Access to Internet Course Resources is Now Available:

Internet course resources previously hosted on the ANJO International Website are now available on the MSU-Billings website so that former ANJO students may continue to access Internet video lectures for their course studies. The links to these course resources are being provided to students through the collaborative efforts of MSU-Billings and Japan Educational Partners (JEP). Access to the Internet Course Resources is restricted to former ANJO students who requested access by submitting the "New MSU-Billings-JEP Assistance Request Verification Form" by July 31, 2006. All students who requested access have been e-mailed the required username and password. Students who have not received this e-mail or who still need to receive access to these resources should send an e-mail to anjostudent@msubillings.edu to verify that we have their correct contact information and to officially request access to these resources.

2) Status of Distributing Textbooks to Students Who Had Previously Paid For But Have Not Yet Received ANJO Textbooks:

For those students who have submitted the "New MSU-Billings-JEP Assistance Request Verification Form" by July 31, 2006, MSU-Billings Japan Office Staff are currently reviewing ANJO student records to verify the status of students who have previously paid for but not yet received ANJO textbooks. In the next few weeks, MSU-Billings Japan Office Staff will be contacting each student individually to confirm which texts are to be delivered to students through the collaborative efforts of MSU-Billings and Japan Educational Partners (JEP). Our goal is to have textbooks distributed to students who have requested this assistance by August 31, 2006. If you have any questions regarding the status of your textbook distribution, please e-mail anjostudent@msubillings.edu for assistance.

3) Status of Distributing Textbooks to Students Who Have NOT Previously Paid For But Still Want to Order & Pay For New or Updated ANJO Textbooks:

For those students who have submitted the "New MSU-Billings-JEP Assistance Request Verification Form" by July 31, 2006, MSU-Billings Japan Office Staff will be sending each student a "New Textbook Order Form" to confirm which textbooks students want to order and to verify credit card payment information. Once students complete and mail or fax the order form and payment information to MSU-Billings Japan Office Staff, we will then expedite immediate distribution of the new or updated textbook resources to the student. All textbook orders will also include access to the password protected Internet Course Resources, including the video course lectures previously available through ANJO International.
