Dear Students,
MSU Billings Japan Office has continued to
provide services and assistance after the untimely
and unfortunate bankruptcy of Anjo International.
This update is intended as a final reminder of
assistance for those former Anjo students. As
was stated in the September 8, 2007 update, our
services, assistance and obligations will cease
effective the final day of August, 2008. Official
MSU Billings transcripts will remain available
indefinitely and may be requested via the procedure
listed below.
Please be advised of the following timelines
related to these services terminating:
MSU Billings final exams in and outside of Japan
We will cease offering MSU Billings final exams
that correspond to former ANJO courses in and
outside of Japan in July 2008. The exam
schedule was mailed October 2007 to each student who
submitted "Former ANJO Student's Assistance Request
Form.”
MSU Billings delighted in helping former ANJO
students who wished to take the CPA exam these past
two years!

MSU Billings Japan Office will continue to
provide you services and assistance until Friday, 29
August 2008 at 6 pm (Japan Time). Our Japan Office,
including telephone, fax, and e-mail address, will
cease on 29 August 2008 at 6 pm (Japan Time). If you
have any questions, please contact our Japan Office
immediately.

ANJO Course Resources
This service will close 12:00 pm on Sunday, 31
August (Montana Time). Our system will shut down automatically at that
time and course resources will no longer be
available.
Transcript Requests
Students records, grades, and official university
transcripts of completed courses will be permanently
recorded in the Office of the Registrar at Montana
State University Billings.
Currently our Japan office coordinates students
MSU Billings transcript requests. This service will cease on 15 August 2008.
On or after 16 August 2008, to request an
official transcript, please go to the following URL:

We recommend the online ordering service for
transcripts being sent outside the United States.
Please be advised that in addition to the $3.00 per
transcript charges, additional shipping and handling
fees will apply.
Transcript requests require your student ID
number. If you do not have or do not recall
your MSU Billings student ID number, you may instead
insert your 8-digit birth date (month/day/year,
without slash).
