Interested in having your company be a Conference sponsor or have a vendor booth at the Conference? Here's what you'll get:
Participants receive attendance to choice of speaker topics for the
Conference on a space available basis. (As soon as the room is at
capacity, no-one else will be permitted in)
Buffet style lunch will be available in our Commons area free to
participants.
A Vendor Booth is the space of a 8'x6' space, included is a standard folding table and two chairs. Vendors may have as many booth attendants as required but are not afforded any complimentary passes to attend the speaker topics.
A vendor booth space can also have power outlets and an Internet connection if requested. The choice of position for the booth at the College is given to Sponsors first and then on a first come - first serve basis to vendors.
For the 2005 Conference, a vendor booth will cost $150.

A Sponsor is a company that recognizes the long term benefits of the Regional Security Conference and of the College of Technology and is financially willing to help shoulder the burden for the event.
A Sponsor's logo is included on all Conference advertising (after volunteering to become a sponsor) including the web site. Their logo and company information is included in the welcome packet for all participants.
Sponsors are invited to send one representative to the Speaker Dinner on Thursday evening.
Sponsor's are afforded a vendor booth space with the choice of position (first come, first select).
And, sponsors are provided one complimentary pass to attend the speaker topics.
For the 2005 Conference, a Sponsor is a company that donates $500. or more to the Conference Fund. Sponsors should contact Frank Kuehn, (406) 247-3011.
Other Support: Events
In addition to the above support, the Conference is providing the following events which a business could volunteer to Sponsor individually. We will let everyone at the Conference know who sponsored the event as well as ensure that your company logo is displayed prominently throughout the particular event.
- Lunch Thursday, March 9 or 10th
- Speaker's Dinner, Later Thursday Evening
(Dinner for 20-30 Speakers & Sponsors) - Vendor give-away prizes. (normally come from vendor fees)
Rooms and People:
Our main conference room is B057 which can accommodate up to about 200
participants.

larger Commons area.
