COURSE DESCRIPTION

Focuses upon methods of teaching science inquiry skills, content and attitudes in the elementary classroom. Provides understanding of how children learn regarding K-6 science curricula. Addresses curriculum adaptation to meet the needs of all students.

PREREQUISITES

Admission to teacher education and EDCI 300; co-registration with EDCI 303 and completion of Category I and IV of General Education
