2.       Setting Analysis

·        Description of the general setting

·        Participants in setting

·        Activity of setting

·        Antecedents – what occurs prior to the observed behavior

·        Consequences – what occurs immediately following or in reaction to     the observed behavior           

3.  Data - type of data collection and show results – present data as though you were discussing it in a CST or showing it to parents

4.  Discussion of data collection process

·     Usefulness of type of data collection for observing what you chose – was this the best way to observe and count this behavior?

·     What did your observations tell you about this behavior?  What did you learn about this child from this observation?

·     What antecedents and/or consequences might be reinforcing or maintaining this behavior?

·     What changes might you make if you did this observation over?
