Tami Haaland teaches Creative Writing (poetry, fiction and nonfiction) as well as several online courses. Her first collection of poetry, Breath in Every Room, was chosen from over 800 entries to win the Nicholas Roerich Prize from Story Line Press. Her work has appeared in Calyx, 5AM, Clackamas Review, Rattapallax and other journals, as well as in several anthologies, including Best of Pif Off-line and Ring of Fire: Writers of the Yellowstone Region.
