The MSUBillings Department of Rehabilitation and Human Services is committed to leadership in the professional preparation of Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counselors and Human Services professionals. Educational experiences will be challenging, innovative, and directed towards producing skill, dedication, and the highest ethical standards. Members of the faculty are committed to the continuous enhancement of their own skills and professionalism. The Department seeks to advance programs of research and service, and maintain high levels of teaching excellence. In collaboration with students, agencies, consumers, and professional organizations, the Department will advocate for the independence, acceptance, and dignity of all individuals.
