Owner
Co-owned and managed retail building center for 12 years. Primary
responsibilities included:
· Market analysis, marketing program design and
implementation. The major focus was business growth through expansion of
product lines and services. Responsible for tripling annual sales in first
five years.
· Sales to contractors and commercial firms
through professional selling and bid process. Sales to individual
consumers through traditional retail business model.
· Employee management including recruitment,
training, and evaluation.
· Development of second location serving
customers in southeastern MT. New building center opened at second
location.
· Financial analysis of profit centers and
oversight of all accounting functions.
