Japan Pictures

This page contains links to thumbnail images of the pictures taken in Japan from October 24 through November 15, 2002. You can click on any thumbnail to see a larger image or click on the first thumbnail in each set to start a slide show of all of the images in the set. There are navigation links within each slide show to allow you to go to the next picture without returning to the thumbnail page. You can also go backwards through the pictures by clicking "previous." Within the slide shows, if you click "home" you will be linked back to the thumbnail page.

These images are posted to allow friends in both the US and Japan to view them without waiting for the nicer interface. The larger images shown have been optimized for the web, but since I saved them at the 100% quality level, they are relatively large and there may be a delay seeing them if you do not have a fast hookup to the web. Nonetheless, these pictures are NOT photo quality. If you wish to get the full-sized higher-quality files for printing, e-mail me and tell me which file(s) you want.

Organization of the pictures is somewhat logical, but there were instances where some pictures of people are categorized by date or event rather than being in a separate "people" file. Happy hunting.
