Hakuba is a very beautiful mountain town just north of Nagano. Most people that live up here have a Bed and Breakfast. There are a couple ski jumps on top of the mountain directly above us. Tonight we will be sleeping 3 to a room on beds. The showers are traditional style with a separate room for the toilets.

The World’s Expo was huge. There was so much to see. We stopped at many exhibits from different countries like Santo Domingo, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, Greece, Pacific Islands, New Zealand, Borneo, India, Egypt, and many more. We stopped to have some chicken tacos and a Corona for lunch. It was very tasty. I rode the Ferris wheel that overlooked the whole entire expo. What a sight! We walked around for over 8 hours and still didn’t have time to see everything. I found a lot of gifts for my friends and family.
