 Introduces the principles of managing organizations (both public and private). The course familiarizes the student with the skills needed by managers and the best practices used by organizations in a changing global environment. Topics include diversity, globalization, motivation, social responsibility, leadership, strategic planning, group dynamics, and organizational change.
