Pryor Orser Withdraws from Consideration for MSUB Men’s Basketball Vacancy

BILLINGS, Mont. – Montana State Billings Director of Athletics, Dr. Gary Gray, announced Tuesday afternoon that Colorado School of Mines head coach, Pryor Orser, has withdrawn from consideration for the head men’s basketball position at MSUB.

Orser was one of four finalists who interviewed on-campus last week in Billings. The other three were; Shane Murphy of the University of Sioux Falls, Henry Clark, formerly of Cal State Bakersfield and the Harlem Globetrotters and George Pfeifer, formerly of the University of Idaho and Lewis-Clark State University.

The university hopes to have a decision as early as Wednesday.
